Kilboy is responsible for the continued growth of Post Closing & Servicing Solutions through aligned and integrated fulfillment to achieve the goals of its lender clients. This unique philosophy and approach provides clients with a single management team focused on providing seamless solutions enabled by technology and established core competencies. Post Closing & Servicing Solutions provides a unique set of solutions to the nation's largest lenders; these include post closing, investor delivery, new loan set up, file audits, assignments, lien releases, document retrieval, custodial audits and recordation solutions supported by integrated imaging tools and data transfers. Kilboy joined Stewart Lender Services in 2000, establishing the post closing fulfillment department that today proudly supports many of the nation's largest lenders with customized solutions at variable costs. The post closing fulfillment department has experienced enormous growth through technology, quality initiatives, alternative staffing solution and refined workflows; providing its client with continued improvements in productivity while reducing their internal costs.

Prior to joining Stewart, Kilboy ran the wholesale mortgage operations for two of the nation's larger lenders. He built centralized operations centers that provided the brokers with a lower cost solution without sacrificing the "local experience". Kilboy maintains a focus on evaluating his business through the eyes of his client. This perspective is greatly enabled through his personal experience of owning and operating his own mortgage banking operation for over seven years. Kilboy is a 1984 graduate of Bowling Green University, an active member of the MBA, Houston Mortgage Bankers Association and Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers.
