Senior Vice President - National Title & Settlement

John Axt, Senior Vice President of Stewart Lender Service's National Title & Settlement joined the Stewart organization in 1988. John manages all appraisal, title and settlement operations for Stewart Lender Services. John has been in various real estate related positions for 25 years. These include time in land surveying, as a real estate agent and 20 years in the title insurance industry. While in the title insurance industry he has served as a District Manager for Stewart Title Guaranty Company for Maine and New Hampshire, spent four years with Landata (another Stewart entity) and spent over 10 years in the vendor management field with Stewart Lender Services and another national underwriter. John and Nancy Axt live in Spring, Texas, with their daughter Sandra.
