The Title Report Plus product is an uninsured title product identifying the last deed recorded, the legal description, open mortgages/deeds of trust, judgments, federal tax liens, and property tax and assessment records as disclosed in the real property records in the county in which the subject property is located.

The Title Report Plus protects the Company against loss arising from errors, as defined below, contained in the Title Report Plus as of the date of recordation, which causes actual loss to the lender for the life of the loan, subject to certain limitations set forth in the service agreement between the lender and Stewart Lender Services.

"Errors" is defined as lien information not disclosed or disclosed incorrectly in the Title Report Plus. Title Report plus is not a Title Policy.
