The Pre-foreclosure report is intended to give a Foreclosure Attorney or Lender a snapshot of matters associated with the subject property.

Among the report's many attributes are a two-owner search, vesting information, bankruptcy search, judgments filed as liens, federal tax liens, pending lawsuits, tax information, assignment information, and information on probate matters.

The report is delivered in three (3) days, on average, and is eligible nationwide, including Washington D.C. Eligible properties are single-family attached or detached, and GSE-defined 1 - 4 family homes (commercial properties are excluded).
