Stewart Lender Services recruits agents for the network based on loan closing experience. Stewart also monitors the status of all respective licenses and notarial commissions to guaranty compliance with the state specific acknowledgement and witnessing requirements. Stewart coordinates a full range of closing/escrow services through the network of Stewart agents nationwide. The closings will be conducted in the Stewart office during normal business hours in a professional environment.
